Bred does not intentionally store your complete payment card details.
Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy, terms and applicable data processing arrangements.
5. Uscreen
Bred uses Uscreen to provide and operate its online platform and app.
Uscreen acts as a service provider/data processor for information relating to Bred subscribers, while Bred determines how subscriber information is collected and used in connection with Bred's services.
Uscreen may process information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, account information, device information and information relating to your use of the platform.
Uscreen states that it does not sell Bred subscribers' data and provides security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Uscreen also states that account data is subject to a 30-day purge following account deletion.
6. Stripe
Bred uses Stripe to process payments.
Stripe may process personal information as both a data processor and, in certain circumstances, as a data controller depending on the service and processing activity.
Stripe's current Data Processing Agreement provides that personal information may be transferred to Stripe, LLC in the United States and to Stripe affiliates and subprocessors in other jurisdictions as necessary to provide Stripe's services.
Stripe maintains a current list of its service providers, subprocessors and affiliates and may update that list from time to time.

These providers may process personal information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services.
8. Overseas disclosure and international data transfers
Some of the third-party providers used by Bred may store or process personal information outside Australia.
In particular, information processed through Uscreen and Stripe may be handled using infrastructure, affiliates or service providers located in countries outside Australia, including the United States.
Because our third-party providers may use global infrastructure and may change or add service providers over time, we do not list every country in which personal information may be processed.
Where personal information is disclosed overseas, Bred will take reasonable steps to ensure that the disclosure is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
You can find further information about the international data practices of our key service providers in their respective privacy and data processing documentation.

Our website and app may use cookies and similar technologies to provide functionality, maintain security, remember preferences and understand how users interact with our services.
Uscreen states that its services may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, location, operating system and usage information for purposes including improving its services.
Bred does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
If this changes, we may update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide appropriate notice or obtain consent.
10. Community features
Bred may provide community features that allow members to create profiles, communicate, comment, post content or interact with other members.
Information that you voluntarily post or share through community features may be visible to other members depending on the functionality and privacy settings of the platform.
You should therefore avoid posting information that you do not want other members to see.

13. How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Our third-party providers may also maintain their own security measures. For example, Uscreen states that it uses encryption in transit and at rest and maintains security controls for its platform.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
